We examine the home from the foundation to the roof.  We inspect the structure for its soundness and the systems also ( heating, plumbing, and electrical systems ).  The follow up report is averaging 15 pages in length and answers all of your home owners insurance companies questions as well as providing you with a time line of when thing will need to be done in the future ( such as: caulking, re-roofing, window and door replacement, ect. ).  I also provide as much additional information as possible ( ways to improve the properties energy efficiency, dates on items,  ect. ).  The fee for a visual inspection of a single family dwelling unit, in industrial Cape Breton, is $299.75, taxes in everything included ( if it has an apartment or ensuite it is an additional $50.00 per unit ).  If I can help you by all means send me more specific information and I will start the proceedings.
